We are a 30 year old firm that has come to concentrate on several service areas of Litigation Services and Financial Consulting. The principal of the firm is a CPA with extensive experience in Accounting, CFO services, Business Valuations, Forensic Accounting, Economic Damages Calculations and Taxation Matters.

We have completed assignments for many Law Firms and their clients big and small covering the many areas of commercial disputes as well as family law as it relates to divorce matters. Our assignments have included numerous ADR solutions and the principal is an Arbitrator in the Northeast sitting on panels reviewing commercial disputes.

A growing area of expertise is IRS representation and in particular Kovel assignments for Law Firm clients that have problems with Criminal Tax Matters or other White Collar Fraud allegations. We have been part of a number of high profile cases and have been a key part of the legal team as an advisor on Plea Negotiations.
